The certification--in the large employers category of IT--by the global research, consulting, and training firm means 70% or more Pramatians have rated the organization as a great workplace. This milestone is in compliance with the institute’s recognition of a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture in organizations around the world.

It will also pave way for the Great Place To Work Institute to consider the organization’s application towards its annual Best Workplaces List--the world’s largest and most respected study of workplace excellence and people management practices.
