·      How do you manage a workforce of 4000+ employees in your factory? 

OPPO has had such experiences in China and other manufacturing centres of having a large work force to look after in our factories. This is a tried and tested way of working in the factory model. As a multi-cultural organisation, we respect the culture and traditions of all the employees working with us.

·      What are your employee friendly policies? What kind of employee engagement activities does OPPO Engage into?
