NASSCOM Technology And Leadership Forum 2020 Workshop In Mumbai

The three-day event will have stalwarts from the Indian and global technology industry, C-level executives and expert academics speaking at the event, representing global leading companies.

The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), will conduct NASSCOM Technology and Leadership Forum (NTLF) from 12th to 14th February 2020 in Mumbai. As this would be 28th edition , NTLF will host over 150 speakers, across more than 500 companies and 30 countries with over 600 CXO’s and 1,500 delegates attending the event.

This year NTLF will lay emphasis on the theme Tech In 20’s: Coming of Age. This will entail highlighting how the next decade is likely to play out in catalyzing businesses and accelerating innovation at the core level, thereby improving delivery value and creating a winning enterprise.

Speaking on the occasion, Debjani Ghosh, President, NASSCOM, said, “We see 2020 as the year of talent and innovation at work, where a country with the right amount of digital talent is going to win the talent war. Trust is going to be the most prominent currency driving new leaders of the data economy. We must ensure that the next year and decade are aligned to our mission to drive technology integration across business verticals, accelerate innovation to solve social problems and deliver value to businesses, thus continuing our leadership in IT globally.”

A few CEO’s among other IT industry giants such as Salil Parekh, CEO & MD, Infosys, Rajesh Gopinathan, CEO, TCS and Rishad Premji, Chairman, WIPRO will take part in a session on navigating through turbulence, technology and talent. Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons, will be part of a session chaired by Debjani Ghosh, President, NASSCOM, wherein he will address the growth and impact of bridging technology with people. Futurist author and renowned digital thought leader Brian Solis will be delivering his keynote on the big shifts defining the 20’s decade. Eminent analysts such as Cathy Tornbohm, VP Analyst, Gartner and Frank Gens, SVP & Chief Analyst, IDC will also be present at the summit. Among other industry leaders there will be Balasubramaniam Ganesh, Chairman, HSBC Technology India, Erica Brescia, Chief Operating Officer, GitHub, Dheeraj Pandey, Founder, CEO & Chairman, Nutanix, Katherine Wetmur, Managing Director – International CIO & Head of Quality Assurance, Morgan Stanley, and Praveena Rai, Chief Operating Officer, NPCI, at the event.

The event will showcase a border less ecosystem led enterprise through the co-creation and collaboration among entrepreneurs by addressing the symbiosis between start-ups and large enterprises, disruptive investments and the ease of doing business. It will also highlight technology coming of age and amplifying the adoption of technology through building cognitive platforms and accentuating interconnected businesses. Building trust through data & privacy, trade wars, regulations, inclusivity and sustainability will also remain a crucial point of discussion at the summit this year as well.
