Rale has been associated with Star India since 2009, first in a senior managerial role, then later taking on the post of General Counsel for Disney- Star in August 2019.

Mihir Rale has been promoted as Chief Regional Counsel for Disney India and Star India.  He will be reporting to Peter Wiley, Chief International Counsel, The Walt Disney Company

Peter Wiley, the Chief International Counsel of The Walt Disney Company, is said to have sent an email to his team about Rale's new position, in which he wrote, 

"Rale has been a key member of Deepak Jacob's team for many years and I have worked very closely with him since the Disney/21CF merger first kicked off."

Rale has been associated with Star India since 2009 and with Disney-star since August 2019. He joined the Star network as Senior Manager before being elevated to General Counsel, Star & Disney India. 

Before his role with Disney - Star India, Rale essayed the role of a senior associate at AZB & Partners.
