Itkarkar brings over 18 years of corporate experience in the HR Landscape

Mahendra Itkarkar joins Morgan Stanley as the Executive Director of HR. Itkarkar brings over 18 years of corporate experience in the HR Landscape as he joins the American Multinational Investment Bank.  

Itkarkar was previously associated with JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over three years where he led the Employee Relations for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Mauritius. His experience spans across areas of Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Process Re-engineering amongst others. He holds a diploma in General Management Program in the field of Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

In the past, Itkarkar served the Indian Army as an Officer Commanding (OC) in Infantry Brigade for six years. He was responsible for the management of Army personnel through the practices of Human Resources, Administration, Training and Development, Performance Management, Coaching and Mentoring. Post that in 2008, he joined Infosys and served as Manager of Employee relations for a period of five years. This was followed by a stint at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. where he essayed the role of APAC as Senior Manager, of Human Resources, for over four years.
