She has been associated with the Sterlite for four years

Kamaljeet Kaur has been elevated as Chief Human Resources Officer of Sterlite Power. She will be replacing Swaminathan Subramanian, who has joined Fullerton India.

Sterlite Power is an integrated power transmission developer and solutions provider. It provides electricity on a global level. The company design, construct, own and operate power transmission assets across multiple geographies.

And its new CHRO, Kamaljeet Kaur is an HR Professional having over 18 years of Industry Experience in Indian as well as with multinational companies like Hero Honda Motors, Wrigley India, Jubilant FoodWorks. She holds specialities in Leadership hiring, Talent management and succession management, leadership development, change management employee engagement and employee relations

Kaur got her PGDM in HR from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune and did her BA in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.

She started her corporate journey with Hero Moto Corp in the year 2003 as the Assistant Manager. She then moved to Wrigley as the L& D specialist, handling the recruitment of senior-level staff. She gained her experience in the banking sector by working with HDFC Bank, as a Senior HR Manager for more than four years.

She worked with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd as the Assistant Vice President -Human Resources for three years from 2013 to 2017. She then joined Sterlite Power in 2017 as the Leader-Human Resource Business partner and now has been elevated as the CHRO of the company.
