Online career platform for women, JobsForHer, will be conducting the HerKey Conclave for women in leadership virtually this year on July 3rd. The annual conclave is aimed at nurturing women who display leadership skills and enabling them to grow both professionally and personally. The conclave will feature networking, fireside chats, breakout sessions, and key-note addresses, followed by a closing address by Nicole Girard, Consul General of Canada in Bangalore. They will be sharing their stories and why their companies are committed to increasing diversity and inclusion to inspire more women to aim higher.
The conclave will be attended by 150+ women leaders from around the world, who have been admitted into the club after vetting and screening.
Commenting on the virtual conclave, Neha Bagaria, Founder and CEO of JobsForHer said, “The global workforce is in dire need of more women actively joining and rejoining the workforce. They are a treasure trove of talent and including them in the workforce will only prove beneficial to companies. We are hosting the conclave online due to the pandemic and the lockdowns and we are looking forward to it. We aim to facilitate the participation of women in technology, leadership, and the overall workforce.”
