Jindal Stainless loses CHRO Sanjay K Jain to cardiac arrest
His demise comes as a shock to Jindal Stainless where he worked for the last 28 years
A veteran with professional experience that spans 35 years in the Stainless Steel and Power Industry, Chief Human Resource Officer of Jindal Stainless Steel passed away due to a cardiac arrest at his residence on the 16th of April.
He was a part of the Jindal group since 1999 and had served the company on various fronts. He took charge as Corporate HR Head for Jindal Stainless in 2004 and then became Director and Unit Head for Jindal Stainless (Hisar) for more than six years.
A statement issued by the spokesperson of Jindal group is reported to have said, “Mr Jain was not just an integral part of Jindal Stainless but was also one of the key people to establish HR for OP Jindal Group several decades ago. Mr Jain had been a part of the Jindal Stainless for over 28 years. He is survived by his wife and two daughters. The sudden demise of Mr Jain due to cardiac arrest at his residence on the morning of 16th April has left us all shocked.”
The spokesperson added that the replacement for the late Mr Jain is yet to be decided and will be communicated in time.
