The Software giant Tricentis has appointed Jennifer Lucas as their new Chief People Officer, Lucas discloses her new venture through one of her LinkedIn posts that read “Excited about the road ahead at Tricentis,”. Lucas started her journey with Arthur Anderson as HR Manager in 1997 when she moved to Raytheon in a similar position in 2002. From 2004 to 2009, she worked with KB Home and left the company as VP- of HR. In 2009, Lucas came back to Raytheon as director – of HR. There, she successfully led the talent acquisition and compensation, benefits and HRIS teams for Airborne Systems

Lucas has also served the firms like Solar Winds and Frontdoor in prominent positions. In Solar Winds, she has been for seven years, as VP-HR whereas in Frontdoor she served as senior vice president – chief people & communications officer for about three and a half years.

In Tricentis, Lucas will lead the global people team to drive peak performance and operational excellence across all human resources functions. Tricentis also has an office in Pune, India. Lucas carries a master’s degree in public administration and HR management from the University of Southern California, Lucas is known to be a gifted transformational leader.
