This self-motivated and vibrant leader started his expedition in Hospitality career after graduating from The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition and lucratively completing a prestigious degree of Masters in leadership from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He started his career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and later got associated with Marriott International.

Before joining JW Marriott Kolkata; he has proved his mettle as the Human Resource Manager at Ritz Carlton Bangalore, then moved on to serve as a Director of Human Resources at Jaipur Marriott Hotel and The Westin Pune. During his corporate journey he was awarded the ‘Young Human Resources Leader of India’ – 2017 by FHRAI – Federation of Hotels and Resorts Association of India and was awarded as TOP 100 Minds in Hospitality Industry for the year 2018. His dynamic and strategic contributions for business development have earned him multiple awards for Property Performance at Marriott Hotels and Hyatt Hotels.
