David Wells quits after 14 years of association with Netflix.

David Wells, the Chief Financial Officer of Netflix, had earlier worked with Deloitte as Engagement Manager and with the board member of the Trade Desk. He joined Netflix in 2004 and became the CFO in 2010 and waits until for the new replacement. 

Wells is an alumnus of the University of Chicago and the University of Virginia Netflix Former CFO steps down after working for 14 years.

In a recent happening, wells had announced his resignation from Netflix after 14 fruitful years.  

On his resignation, wells said “It's been 14 wonderful years at Netflix and I’m very proud of everything we’ve accomplished,”

After his discussion with the CEO of Netflix, Reed Hastings, Wells decided to steps down for moving on and decided to further pursue Philanthropy as his next core point.

on this recent development, Reed stated "David has been a valuable partner to Netflix and to me. He skillfully managed our finances during a dramatic growth that has allowed to create and bring amazing entertainment to our members all over the world while also delivering outstanding returns to our investors.”
