Real estate consulting company Investors Clinic on Tuesday announced that it is planning to open an office in Bengaluru and hire 100 real-estate consultants.

The company will be focusing on tie-ups with reputed real-estate developers for its upcoming projects, according to a statement.

Honeyy Katiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic, said, "Real-estate is the only sector which has given some hope even during these trying times. With various innovations developers have been able to come out of this crisis and have been able to clear their ready inventory to meet their working capital requirements. The aspiration and urge of owning a house has helped the sector sale through both the lockdowns."

"Bengaluru is a market which is considered a dream city for young IT aspirants topped with pleasant weather; it is a perfect destination to own a real-estate property. This is the major driving force for us to start our operation in the IT city. We are aiming for at least 10 tie-ups with developers and looking at a business of INR 200 crore in the South India Market,” Katiyal added.
