Hyundai Director Steps down

Hyundai Director Rakesh Srivastav resigns after being associated with the company for almost six years.

In his tenure of 6 years, Srivastav had sailed Hyundai through a rapid growth and now he has decided to shift to other interests in his career.


He was promoted thrice in six years including recently when he was appointed as the director of Sales and marketing. He has contributed immensely to the company and is now preparing to change his line of interest.


Y.K. Koo, managing director, Hyundai Motor India Ltd stated, “Our association with Mr. Srivastava has been mutually enriching. He has immensely contributed through the years, leading the company to stay ahead. We wish him the very best in future endeavors.”


Previously, Rakesh has also worked with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. for about 15 years and is an alumnus of Indian Institue of Management (IIM)
