Healthtech HealthPlix, hires Prashant Parmar, Burhanuddin Pithawala- senior Leaders from Simplilearn, OYO

The Healthtech player has made leadership changes for Growth Strategy and Marketing with the focus on scaling HealthPlix’s user base

Bengaluru, May 18 2021: HealthPlix, a leading provider of EMR health technology in India has appointed Prashant Parmar as Head of Growth and Burhanuddin Pithawala as Growth Marketing Lead in India. These two appointments are in line with HealthPlix's preparation for its next phase of growth. The company believes that these core capabilities along with its Superior EMR Product would continue to help it serve more doctors, and lead as India's largest Electronic Medical Records Platform. 

Speaking on these appointments, Sandeep Gudibanda, CEO and Co-Founder – HealthPlix said, “HealthPlix has established itself as a major player in recent times owing to the technologically advanced EMR service. Prashant Parmar, who will be leading the Growth strategy at HealthPlix has over 15 years of varied experience in driving growth and managing sales. In his previous role, he was the Co-Founder of Simplilearn, a leading global EdTech player where he was leading sales & operations across verticals and geographies including India and the US.

Burhanuddin Pithawala, who joined as the Growth Marketing lead, will be responsible for the Overall Brand Strategy, Communications, and Growth Marketing for the company. Previously, he had held various leadership roles in leading start-ups over the last 10 years. Most notably, he was instrumental in setting up the Growth Marketing function at OYO.

HealthPlix’s doctor base and geographic spread across 250+ cities in India making it the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize the care in Indian healthcare.
