Let’s celebrate the noteworthy efforts of organistaions who have tried to induce a concept of spreading happiness within their workspace, providing ease for employee to enjoy their time at offices and not look at clocks

In today’s digitised and hybrid working era, providing employees with a seamless working process is considered of prime importance. Its not one of those times when employers used to understand from their dull and monotonous faces that something is wrong with them. 

More so, to be honest there wasn’t much emphasis on providing them with a happy and satiated environment. Infact, engagement was always confused with happiness and in the name of happiness employers and HR personnel used to conduct outings, potlucks and rangoli competitions for employees to keep them happy. While today its widely spoken to not confuse happiness with engagements as it doesn’t go hand-in-hand. 

Therefore, Happy Plus in association with BW People constituted a summit “Happiest Workplaces Awards and Summit,” of which the motive was to seek the strategies companies are devising to promote happiness within their respective work realms. We did receive over a 100 nominations and Dr. Ashish Ambasta, Founder And CEO HappyPlus Consulting ranked them in order of their initiatives to come out with a list of top 30 organisations. Further, we had a set of eminent jury as well who further sanctioned the list of those 30 winner companies, which were felicitated on 21st September at Radisson Blu Hotel. The jury comprised of; TV Rao, Chairman, TV Rao Learning Systems; Prem Singh, President-Group HR.
