Govt Employees Of Rajasthan Can Now Draw Salary In Advance From June

The caveat is that the amount of advance in a month will not be more than 50% of the net payable salary for the month.

Rajasthan government introduces advance salary option for state government employees under a newly launched scheme. 

The move is in accordance with the budget announcement made by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. 

"The State Government intends to facilitate its employees through, the Earned Salary Advance Drawal Access Scheme for Government of Rajasthan Employees", to access drawal to a line of credit through Partnered Financial Institutions/ Banks corresponding to their earned monthly salary", a circular released to notify the implementation of the scheme said.

The caveat is that the amount of advance in a month will not be more than 50% of the net payable salary for the month. 

According to the scheme, eligible employees can take multiple drawals/advances in a month according to the upper capping of earned net payable salary through the permissible platform of the Service Provider of NBFC/ Financial Institution by RFSDL. 

The Scheme will be rolled out for all employees from 1st June 2023.
