GlobalLogic Appoints Rajesh Rai as VP - People Team and Head - HR, India

Before joining GlobalLogic, he was associated with Accenture as Head of HR for its Consulting business in India, along with India Corporate Functions.

Adorning the hats of running he company’s HR transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management and D&I & Sustainability initiatives for India, Rajesh Rai has been appointed as GlobalLogic’s Vice President – People Team and Head - Human Resources, India.

Rai has taken over from Neeru Mehta who is known to have been elevated to the role of Head of Organizational Effectiveness.

Rai’s prior experience includes Eicher Motors, Expedia, United Colors of Benetton, Adobe Systems, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen where he steered Human Resources and People Transformation Engagements.
 
Before joining GlobalLogic, he was associated with Accenture as Head of HR for its Consulting business in India, along with India Corporate Functions.
