Fabindia Group has announced the appointment of Aditya Ghosh to the company’s board of directors. Aditya will be guiding the management teams with strategy and new initiatives.

Speaking on the occasion, Aditya Ghosh said, "I am truly excited to come on board and get associated with a brand that I have been a loyal customer and fan of, for decades!”. Aditya Ghosh is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience. Before his business role, Aditya practiced law at the prestigious corporate law firm, J. Sagar Associates, and then as the general counsel at InterGlobe Enterprises. Aditya has a keen interest in creating social impact in Diversity & Inclusion, Education, Women-led entrepreneurship, and leadership development.

Fabindia's other board members include Vinita Bali, former MD of Britannia Industries, and Sean Sovak of Lighthouse Funds.
