Eastbound, is strengthening its leadership team as it looks to expand its product offering across newer segments and drive business transformation.

The company has announced the appointment of Manoj Thapliyal as Head of Product and Reshma Naqvi as AVP Business development. The new appointees will work closely with Prrithviraj Singh, Co-founder and Director, to further accelerate growth of brand Eastbound.

Offering some of the most unique and unusual travel experiences in the region, Eastbound has built a remarkable reputation as one of India’s premier experiential travel companies. The decision to strengthen and realign the existing talent in the organization is a strategic move to support the ongoing brand expansion and capitalize on the recent resumption of inbound travel and multiple growth opportunities that lie ahead.

Manoj Thapliyal brings with him a deep understanding of the world of travel and over 22 years of diverse experience across organizations like Travel Corporation India Ltd and Sita where he led the business from Audley Travels UK. As the Head of Product at Eastbound, Manoj will offer his expertise for building unique and exclusive travel experiences, profit performance and ensuring the best in class customer experience across cities.

In her earlier stint, Reshma was the Vice President at Secrets of India, where she led several critical brand-building initiatives across varied segments. Previously she has worked with Cox & Kings and TWX in varied sales and operations capacities. This will be her second stint at Eastbound where she was earlier responsible for building the luxury market segment from Germany and USA.
