The authorities of the firm shared that they have a growth plan to increase employee headcount by three times in India.

Dyninno India has appointed Abhsihekh Bagga as the new Human Resource Director, he has years of experience in the HR domain and before this, he was with GoBOLT as their 

head of HR. Bagga started his career as a senior HR Executive in 2009 with Quatrro, Inn 2010 he joined Fidelity Information Services as Assistant Manager. Further in less than three years, he moved to EXL as manager –HR (business partner). From 2015 to 2017, he was associated with HCL Technologies as manager – of HR.

Bagga has also served Sun Life Financial as a senior manager,  He was the HRBP lead for the operations business in Asia Service Centre India. He drove strategic business HR interventions in collaboration with business leaders. In 2021, He accomplished the position of Vice-President- HR at Goals101. Later on that, he went to GoBOLT and finally joined Dyninno India, Over his new venture, Bagga said “further strengthening the people, culture and organisational capabilities at Dyninno India.”

Bagga has been associated with Symbiosis and is also an alumna of Delhi University. India CTO, Dyninno, Puneet Kumar said “he will further accelerate our growth plan to increase employee headcount by three times in India”. 

Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment and technology sectors in 50 markets.
