Undergoing training of the individuals is the need of the hour as this planned effort highly assists in developing the knowledge, inherent skills, and progress with effective learning processes. However, if the organization is concentrated on providing training for the purpose of structural and organizational stability without inculcating powerful strategies and initiatives, then the whole training process goes in vain.

For the proper designing and implementation of training programs,

  • The training minutes need to be closely assessed. Keeping a close observation on the performance of workers and taking useful feedbacks from them, regularly checking up on the performance reports and job descriptions, and mitigating the performance issues are some of the inherent parts of designing of the training.
  • After assessing the training requirements, the learning objectives of the initiated training programs should be properly laid out so that the expected individual actions and observations can be demonstrated effectively
  • Finally, the training programs need to be created and implemented for the overall development of performance. This factor is highly dependent upon the educational qualification of the individuals and their experience over the years. In this step, the available time and required resources also play an important role.

Offering opportunities for short-term or long-term courses in various institutions inside the country or abroad are efficient steps in the proper implementation of the training programs. Additionally, providing on-job training, counselling sessions, and proper coaching are some of the effective measures for individual training. However, all these activities need to be properly examined and balanced out with the functional needs of the organization undertaking the training programs. These training activities shouldn't harm the operation of the organization by falling short of necessary resources.
