Deloitte global accounting and consultancy form will close 4 officers in Britain. However, all 500 employees will be working from home permanently on the contract.

The company’s offices in Gatwick, Liverpool, Nottingham, and Southampton will be closed. The company has also cut 20% of the salaries of its UK partner to avoid layoffs.

Many companies are thinking of opting for the permanent remote working arrangement for the employees last month Sundar Pichai, CEO of, Google also put forward a hybrid model which will give more flexibility. Google’s workforce is allowed to work from home until June 2021.

BP, a British multinational oil and gas company is also consciously adopting a hybrid work style for its workforce it is reportedly thinking of selling its headquarter. Facebook, Square, and Twitter are also open to exploring the possibility of permanent work from home arrangements in the future.
