Crewscale, a California-based marketplace for tech remote hiring aims to hire over 200 new top and global developers by the end of 2021 for skills that include but are not limited to React, Node, Java, DevOps, UI/UX, RoR, Python, Javascript, Angular, etc.

The platform, while claiming to enable start-ups, businesses and organizations to hire the top 1% pre-vetted tech talent in the world, has already hired over 300k+ developers who specialize in various skills. The remote talent is from 110+ countries across the globe like Egypt, Hong Kong, India and from East Asia, Eastern Europe, South America regions. That shows an increasing number of top talent are ready to offer their skills to companies regardless of geographical location.

Companies like Vedantu, Ola, Uber, Turvo and many others from countries like the US, India, Singapore, and also East Asia, Eastern Europe regions and more are already leveraging the concept of Crewscale and are removing the biases and geographic constraints around hiring. While taking the pledge to connect the businesses with diverse talent across the globe, Crewscale CEO and Co-founder Raghu Bharath says, “The right talent might not be in the same zip code. Companies now do not want to miss out on a chance to hire global talent on-demand and bring an international touch to their brand while saving time and effort on multiple interview rounds only because of geographical constraints.”

The trend of hiring pre-vetted talent is enabling a new level of diversity that translates to the organizations’ evolution to measure productivity more quantitatively. Remote hiring is allowing organizations to hire talent on the sole basis of their abilities to carry out projects. Satish Polisetti, CEO and Co-Founder, Polymorph, says, “With CrewScale, we got a team of highly skilled developers to fulfil our tech requirements in a short time. The performance and professionalism of the team were of the highest calibre. Totally recommend Crewscale if you are looking for quality to scale.”

Top talent pre-vetted by Crewscale, Eslam Tahoon from Egypt, Ming Song from Hong Kong, Adarsh Srivastava from India, also ex-Amazon & ex-Samsung, and thousands more, are grabbing the opportunity to work with companies that aim to serve global communities and thus hire global talent for the diverse skills they bring to the table.

Eslam says, “I think joining Crewscale is a different experience. Imagine the time and the effort that Crewscale saves you by changing the old-fashioned way of hiring.” Opting for full-time remote work and leaving the corporate life behind, Adarsh says, “Getting more quality work is one of the things that have helped me to not look back ever since. Developers might have been uncomfortable with the idea of remote freelancing in the past, but now with the forced remote work culture due to the pandemic, everyone can see they are now in a better position to choose wisely.”

Also, after adding over 200 developers on-board globally, with over hundreds of companies looking for remote tech talent, Crewscale aims at hiring in similar numbers or even more even next year.
