Prior to this announcement, she was actively working Medlife as the HR Business partner for more than 4 long years (Jun 2015 – Apr 2020).

She has a rich experience of more than 15 years in the field of Human resources. She worked for a significant amount of time as an HR professional and earlier to this appointment she was associated with other organizations like MAC Group, UTC Fire & Security, Mindlogicx Infratec Limited and Simplilearn.

Sukumar completed her master’s degree from Alagappa University, Alagappa Nagar, Karaikudi with the program specification in Business Administration - MBAHuman Resources Management. She is a doctorate degree holder in Doctor of Philosophy - PhDHuman Resources Development from SP Jain School of Global Management - Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & SydneySP.
