Breaking News: Jitesh Bawa Appointed As The New CHRO Of TATA AIG
Bawa comes in with an experience of more than two decades in HR.
Jitesh Bawa has been appointed as the new CHRO of Tata AIG General Insurance Company limited effective immediately.
He is known to have been associated with TATA AIG for over 2 years now. Prior to working at Tata, he was heading the strategic hiring group at Edelweiss General Insurance Company limited as the CHRO for a period of more than two years at Mumbai.
One of the most dynamic HR leaders, he is known to have been possessing a deep understanding of HR as a function and has unmatched clarity of thoughts.
Bawa's initial instincts were that of a manager – HR at Gati limited way back in 1996 where he spent a period of more than four and a half years before moving on to Reliance General Insurance, honing his skills as a deputy manager of HR.
Talking about his qualifications, Bawa has a BSc. in mathematics from Delhi University and a master’s degree in human resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
