Bonus of at least $500 for all Target staff

The rewards will add up to $200 million, the organization said in a Monday official statement. All hourly representatives in stores, dispersion focuses and workplaces will get $500. Store authority and salaried workers will get rewards somewhere in the range of $1,000 and $2,000, Target said. 

This is the fifth time Target has given out rewards since April 2020. The first rewards went to singular store group leads in April. In July, hourly laborers got $200 rewards and initiative and store chiefs got execution rewards. In October, Target gave $200 rewards to 350,000 of the store's cutting edge laborers. 

Target likewise increased its lowest pay permitted by law to $15 an hour in July 2020.
