Pune, 14 May 2018:- Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has been awarded with the AON Best Employer Award. The company has also been listed among the top 15 BFSI workplaces at an event in Mumbai recently.The awards were a result of a holistic evaluation model comprising of employees’ opinion and the strength of employees benefit policies introduced by the management. The critical assessment parameters included employee engagement and happiness along with the attention paid towards employees’ professional skilling, learning and development.
