BREAKING NEWS: Biocon Appoints Joyeeta Chatterjee As The New VP-HR

Human Resources leader, Joyeeta Chatterjee, comes with over 25 years of experience spanning Head HR roles, HR Global COE Leader, large-scale business and process transformation roles. Managed Board facing HR Leadership roles and experience of working in companies involving stringent compliance standards.

Previously the Chief People Officer of Future Consumers, Chatterjee has now been appointed as the new VP-HR of Biocon.
 
 Chatterjee is known to have been experienced in developing and delivering human resource strategy across diverse Industry segments such as Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, e-commerce, Telecom, Product Tech, Infrastructure, with teams based in India, Asia, North America, Parts of Europe and the Middle East.
 
 She has worked in both Global MNCs and Indian Family-run businesses with strengths in HR Business Partnering, creating robust people practices around Talent, Change Management, Leadership Hiring, Employer Branding, Total Rewards, Career journeys, M&A & Learning. She also possesses a keen sense of diagnostics and domain to build organisation culture, engagement practices for people retention and organization impact for growth.
