Avigna Group, an infrastructure and warehousing company announces the appointment of Nithya R as VP-Investments for the group.

With over 10 years of industry experience,  Nithya started her career at one of the largest financial institutions -JP Morgan as a Senior Business Analyst -Valuation and went on to join RMZ Corp as Senior Manager - Growth and most recently worked as the DGM-Investments at Purvankara Ltd.

Speaking on the appointment, Abhijit Verma Executive Director & CEO at Avigna Group said, “ We are delighted to welcome Nithya, joining as the VP of investments for the group. She has outstanding knowledge of the fundraising space and we are sure her expertise in designing exceptional financial models, investor strategy and timely delivery of quality output will fuel our high-intensity growth plans ”.

Nithya will be instrumental in designing a financial model for the company and setting up private Equity & handling hedge fund clients with exposure across the value chain. Her role will be crucial in the acquisition of clients, developing investor relation strategy and also leading interaction in due diligence for fundraising and M&A and internal stakeholders for timely deal closure among others. Nithya is an alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and Amrita School of Engineering. She is a Level II CFA from US CFA.
