Amita Maheshwari Moves To Kedaara Capital As their New Operating Director- HR

Star Group has announced that Amita Maheshwari shall now be on a quest on a her new role. At present, she is serving her notice period.
Next on, she is moving at Kedaara Capital as their Operating Director- HR supporting their investee organisation.
Amita joined Star in 2009. Under her leadership, Star has been able to diversify and upgrade its talent pool across the organization. During the past 13 years with the Company, she built a strong HR team in India, made great strides in our work on diversity, and has enriched our talent pool by bringing in critical senior talent.
In an email addressed upon Maheshwari's new stint, the management further explained that her role will be divided between two seasoned IC&O HR executives. The mail was read by BW People's publication.
Rishi Gaind will oversee HR for Disney Star in India and Lara Tiam will oversee HR for APAC. Rishi and Lara will dual report to Francois Masson, IC&O's Head of HR, as well as to us for each region respectively.
