AI to impact 1.8 million jobs and create 2.3 million new jobs by 2020

On the occasion of World Youth Skills day on Sunday 15th July 2018,  Aadesh Goyal, CHRO, Tata Communications Limited quoted about how upskilling the employees should be the main area of work for the organizations. He said “With the introduction and evolution of advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Machine Learning, and Analytics, India is undergoing a paradigm shift. These disruptive technologies are creating new roles and augmenting existing ones as well. According to Gartner, AI alone is predicted to impact 1.8 million jobs and create 2.3 million new jobs by 2020.
