Srivastava has around 38 years of versatile experience with domain expertise in core areas of economy viz. in Defence & Aerospace, Power (Thermal, Gas), Renewable Energy & Storage, Oil & Gas, Industrial Products (Electrical & Mechanical), Transportation and Transmission Products in domestic as well as export markets.

He has developed competence in managing a large engineering enterprise through wide exposure across all major value chain functions in an organization. 

His diverse exposure to multiple product lines has enriched him with a strong acumen to analyse market trends & develop market-ready capabilities and has enabled him to contribute effectively to the formulation & implementation of strategies in the changing business environment & position the organization to be future-ready.
