Amit has 30 years of experience in global financial services and was most recently part of the Executive Council at HDFC Life as CBO & CIO. As CEO of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) in Hong Kong, Amit led various businesses across multiple countries between 2010 and 2017.

Welcoming Amit as the President, Mayank Kale, CEO, Loop Health said, “Amit has been part of Loop Health’s journey since the beginning. We are thrilled to have Amit onboard given his expertise and experience in the insurance and financial services sector. His addition to the team is a crucial step in Loop Health’s future growth and expansion.”

Commenting on the announcement, Amit Punchhi said, “I am excited to deepen my involvement with the founders who are passionate about improving healthcare solutions for companies and their employees in India. 150+ companies today trust Loop Health to support 100,000+ employees and their dependents for their Insurance and Healthcare needs. Over a period of discussions with the co-founders at Loop, we realised that our experiences and skills were complementary while our mindsets around future healthcare were synched. I found that inspiring and attractive.”
